At a full 3" thick, end grain in construction and usable on both sides this is a true chef's chopping block. Made from 3 solid hardwoods: maple, walnut, cherry and wrapped with walnut all around. One side sports a juice groove for all your meat carving needs and the other offers plenty of surface area for all other chopping.

Finished with Clark's food grade mineral oil and Clapham's Salad Bowl Beeswax
